To All Participating Teams:
At the conclusion of the Team Managers’ briefing on Tuesday 24th June 2008, queries on the Helmsman qualifications have been received by the SDBF Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee having met, wish to inform all Teams that a decision has been made and wish to inform all that you are encouraged also to engage a helmsman who has completed the SDBA Recreational Instructor’s Course as well.
We hope this is satisfactory.

A draw for the allocation of racing lanes and
dragon boats will also be conducted.
Your attendance would be most appreciated.
However if you are unable to attend the
briefing, we would appreciate it if you could
send a representative.

Singapore Dragon Boat Festival 2008, 20-crew and
10-crew events.
We would appreciate it if you could check thru
your teams' participation in the events are
correct.
If we do not received any reply from your
organization by Tuesday, 17th June 2008 we would
presume that your entries are correct.

People’s Association will jointly organize the
Singapore Dragon Boat Festival 2008 at the Bedok
Reservoir on 28thand 29th June 2008.
