TYou are kindly requested to attend the Team Managers
briefing on:
Date: 29th September 2008, Monday
Time: 7.00 pm
Venue: Bungy Bar, Clarke Quay next to Bungy ride
A draw for the allocation of dragon boats numbers will also
be conducted. The briefing will be conducted by Mr John
Kreamer.
Your attendance would be most appreciated. However if you
are unable to attend the briefing, we would appreciate it if
you could send a representative. Thank you.
Announcement 1 (18 Aug 2008)
The Singapore Dragon Boat Association in
partnership with the Australian Chamber of
Commerce and the People’s Association
Water-Venture will jointly organize the SDBA-Austcham
10 KM Dragon Boat Challenge 2008 on 4th October
2008 (Saturday) from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm at the
Marina Reservoir.
This long distance dragon boat race is opened to
all local dragon boat clubs in Singapore whose
paddlers are 18 years of age or older. It is
hoped that through this event the level of
interest in the paddling sport will increase and
that participants will appreciate the
spectacular waterways that Singapore offers.

Each team is only allowed one entry and
entries are based on first come first serve
basis.
Please note that the closing date is on 19TH
September 2008 (Friday).
